Position Title: Registered Dental Hygienist

Location: South Portland, ME

Reports To: Lead Dentist & Office Manager

Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday -Thursday 8 AM-4:30

Compensation: $50-60/hour, Bonus Opportunities

Benefits: Bonus; Medical; 401K; PTO & Sick

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and align with the clinical philosophies of the practice
  • Implement practice policies, procedures, processes and initiatives
  • Follow state and federal laws
  • Be the lead educator about periodontal disease
  • Diagnose oral health conditions with the use of AI, Intraoral photos and radiographs
  • Treat oral health conditions
  • Educate patients on the importance of prevention
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Achieve daily production goal

Qualifications:

  • RDH License current
  • Work experience -- 1-2 years is preferred but not required
  • PMS experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental or Dental Intelligence is a plus
